Privacy Policy
Last updated . This policy covers enquiries made through this page. Hop2it Digital (ABN 65 350 782 826) is a Brisbane-based business run by Lachlan Warren.
What we collect
When you fill in the form we collect what you type in: your business name, ABN, website, state, industry, size, how long you've kept records, business status, the systems you use, your role, your name, email, phone number and any notes. We also record the date and time, the country your connection came from, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to stop spam.
To keep out spam bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser before you submit. To understand how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and doesn't identify you.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, any files, data samples, passwords or logins.
Why we collect it
We use your details to review your enquiry, work out whether your business might be a fit for an AI data buyer, and contact you about it. We won't add you to a marketing list or use your details for anything unrelated without asking you first. If we email you about your enquiry, every follow-up email will include a way to opt out.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored in a secure database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides our website hosting. Cloudflare may process data on servers outside Australia, including the United States. Only Hop2it Digital has access to your enquiry, apart from our hosting provider, which stores it.
Who we share it with
We won't share your details with any buyer unless you tell us you want to go ahead and agree to that introduction. We don't sell your details to anyone. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing lachlan@hop2itdigital.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Our approach and complaints
We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern, please email us first and we'll try to sort it out. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
